Performance
We have November 8th penciled in for our 2019-2020 dance season showcase.
Fees Withdrawals and Refunds:
All classes run from September 2019- June 2020. If for any reason, a student chooses to discontinue classes, one month written notification of withdrawal is required. Please note we do not accept withdrawals during the third term (March 1st, 2020). Fees are payable until proper notice is received by the office or administrator. We do not prorate months or missed days, holidays or school vacations.
The dance season is 36 weeks long. We only charge for 34 weeks in case of unexpected closures.
The dance season is divided into three terms:
Term 1: September 2019-November 2019
Term 2: December 2019- February 2020 * A costume deposit of $50 per costume is due (December 1st 2019) with Term Two fees
Term 3: March 2020 – June 2020
Registration Fee:
A $30 non- refundable registration fee is payable on the day of registration. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment of the first month/term is received.
Payments are to be made at the beginning of each term/month. Payments are to be made by postdated cheque or pre-authorized Visa or Mastercard payments. All NSF cheques are subject to a $50 service charge.

Film and Photography Waiver
Photographs may be used in print and digital platforms for brochures, website, and other promotional materials produced, used by, and representing Expressions the Dance Gallery. It is understood that the circulation of the materials could be worldwide and that there would be no compensation for this use. By granting permission for use of photographs and videos, families will release and agree to hold harmless the producers or any persons or entities acting under their permission or authority from any liability arising from use of said reproduction.
Medical Release and Authorization
In the event of an emergency or non-emergency situation requiring medical treatment, I hereby grant permission for any and all medical attention to be administered to my child/children in the event of an accidental injury or illness, until such time as I can be contacted. This permission includes, but is not limited to, the administration of medical treatments and/or procedures deemed necessary under the recommendation of qualified medical personnel. I understand that the Expressions the Dance Gallery staff is trained in first aid but cannot administer emergency medical treatment, therefore in the case of an emergency, EDG staff will call 911. I will assume all responsibility for payment(s) of medical treatment. Expressions the Dance Gallery will not be responsible for any medical costs.
Informed Consent and Acknowledgment.
I choose to have my child participate in dance instruction at Expressions the Dance Gallery. I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and the possibility that despite precautions, accidents and/or physical injury may occur.
I/we agree to release and hold harmless Expressions the Dance Gallery, including teachers and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Expressions the Dance Gallery liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes, or which may occur at any Expressions the Dance Gallery sponsored event outside the studio.

- 3 post-dated cheques given for term tuition. Cheques dated for the 1st of the month of each given term.
